- Click ‘lost password?’ under the login button
- Fill in your email address as stored in your personal profile
- Click ‘send password’
- You receive an email with instructions

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS, PASSWORD, AND PROFILES
- Login with your personal account
- Go to your dashboard
- Click in the menu on the left on 'profiles'
PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS, PASSWORD, PROFILE
- Click the button 'view' in the section personal profile
- You may now change your personal profile
- Click in the menu on the right next to CHANGE PASSWORD on 'click here', complete the open fields with your old and new password, and click on save
- Click in the menu on the right next to PRIMARY EMAIL ADDRESS on 'click here', change your email address, complete your password, and click on save
- Click in the menu on the right next to NEW PROFILE PICTURE on 'select file' ('bestand kiezen'), upload/select your file (picture/photo), and save
- ALWAYS CLOSE YOUR PERSONAL PROFILE BY CLICKING THE SAVE BUTTON (RIGHT ON TOP)
COMPANY PROFILE(S), BUSINESS EMAIL
- Click the button 'view' in the section company profileYou may now change your company personal profile(s)
Important: Only the appointed company profile manager is authorized to make changes to the profile. Each company profile has 1 profile manager. More persons can be added to a company profille. If more than 1 person is added to a company profile, the connected persons must decide on the profile manager.
