ONLINE KNOWLEDGE AUDITS – online theory exams - exam procedure - exam instructions
Apply
- All exams are linked to an information sheet. Always read the information sheet. All information sheets are published on the 'download' or 'documents' page of the relevant register.
- You will receive an exam confirmation by email. Always read this confirmation. Didn't receive an email? Contact office operations.
- Voucher exam? The voucher code is in your exam confirmation email.
- LOGIN into your personal dashboard/account.
- In your dashboard, go to the section ‘exams’
- Click on ‘exams’ and open the menu
- Click on ‘buy an exam’
- Choose your exam (see the conformation email)
- Read under ‘view this exam’ the details & announcements
- Click on ‘buy an exam’ to sign up
Paid exam?
- Voucher exam? Use your voucher code to pay for the exam. You will not need to make an online payment. You will pay with your voucher code. The costs are settled with the one-time costs for the admission audit.
- No voucher exam? You will pay online via your dashboard.
Free examination?
- Your sign in will be accepted immediately.
Check!
- Go to ‘ upcoming exams’ and check your exam details. Important: always check on the date, time and timezone.
Start your exam
- LOGIN to your personal account/dashboard.
- In your dashboard, go to the section ‘exams’
- Click on ‘exams’ and open the menu
- Click on ‘upcoming exams’
- Choose the exam that you want to take and click on it
- You will now see the announcements. Here you will take the exam as soon as it is time. The exam will only become active on the exact time you chose, otherwise you will see the text 'It is not yet time to take your exam'.
During your exam:
- Check which questions have been answered and which have not been answered
- Check how much time you still have available
- Can you log in again and contintue taking the exam in the event of a malfunction or interruption? Please note: the order of the questions may have changed.
- The order of the questions differ per person taking the exam
- You can always edit/change your answers
- You can skip questions and scroll to previous or next questions
Ready?
- Upload/submit your exam
- Once you have done this you will no longer have access to the exam
- The result of your examination will be published on your dashboard
- For multiple-choice exams, the results will be published within 30 minutes after the official closing time.
Admission audit
- The knowledge audit (theory exam) – if applicable - is part of the admission audit.
- The admission audit is mandatory.
- Certification will be granted as soon as the file is complete and approved.
Exemption
- You can request an exemption if you have completed a recognized knowledge audit elsewhere or personally certify as part of the company certification.
Date/time
- You choose your own date and time to take the exam
- For an exam that is linked to a training institute or exam organization, your own choice of date and time may not be possible.
Location
- You choose your own location.
- You can take the exam anywhere, any time
- It is crucial to have an internet connection
Retake
- If you need to re-take the exam all the above criteria are still relevant
- Voucher exam? Re-taking the exam is included
- An ‘exam break period’ applies. This means that you cannot retake the exam during this period. It is therefore not possible to book the same exams directly in succession on the same day.
