Skills audit (proficiency exam)
- The skills audit makes use of the audit application.
- All those involved (exam candidate, auditor, mentor, reviewer, supervisor) work with the application.
- Each skills audit is an independent file.
Procedure
- Go to the webiste of the relevant register
- Login to your personal account of the relevant register
- Go to your personal dashboard, and go to ‘audits’
- Click on ‘audits’
- Click on ‘view’ in the relevant block ‘view all your current or past audits’
- Choose the audit
- Click on ‘go to file’
- You will now see the list - general, criteria, planned audit, site visits
- On the criteria section you can manage and upload your audit documents. The auditor/mentor will post the findings here
- Once all the results are assessed, the entire audit will be reviewed. An audit report will follow. If the final result is satisfactory, a decision will be posted.
- Something unclear? Contact your auditor or mentor.
Admission or re-certification audit
- The skills audit (practical exam) - if applicable - is part of the admission audit full level or the recertification audit associate level to full level.
- The admission audit is mandatory.
- Certification is granted as soon as the file is complete and approved.
Exemption
- You can request an exemption if you have completed a recognized skills audit elsewhere or personally certify as part of the company certification.
